THINGS THAT YOU CAN NOT DO AFTER ACTIVATING

[A NEW ACCOUNT, ADDING A LINE, OR UPGRADING]

You are not allowed to make any changes to a customer account for 100 days, including the following:

1. Swapping the IMEI to a different line.

2. Canceling the line and using the phone for a different line on the same account or a different

account.

3. Performing an Add-line and then canceling the newly added line to avoid paying the upgrade

price.

4. If a customer ported over from a different carrier and wants a refund, they will lose the

number if they are willing to do the Metro Promise. After the Metro Promise is completed, the

customer cannot get the number again.

5. You are not allowed to switch the rate plan after adding a line or creating a new account.

6. You cannot call DSG and ask them to merge the account or switch the rate plan; this will be

considered an in-store transaction under our Dealer Code.

7. If you get an error (you have been routed to T-Mobile) after creating a new line, DO NOT swap

the SIM card, and DO NOT use a crack box. Call DSG and submit a troubleshooting ticket and

involve your RDM.

8. All phone sales must be performed through a transaction. You cannot call DSG and activate

a phone.

9. You cannot open Edge and activate a phone.

Any of the above mistakes will result in a chargeback for the full price of the phone, and you will lose your bonus. A write-up will be issued for making this mistake.
